Stephen Haddad, B.C.O.

Founder
Stephen Haddad is a Board Certified Ocularist and founder of Ocular Prosthetics Inc. Stephen is internationally known for his expertise and exceptional work in creating the most natural prosthetic eyes in the world.

Sarah Haddad, B.C.O.

Co-Director
Sarah E. Haddad is a Board Certified Ocularist and Co-Director of Ocular Prosthetics Inc. She began her ocularist apprenticeship under her father, Stephen Haddad. Sarah offers exceptional skills working with patients in need of all types of prosthetic eyes. Her experience includes fitting pediatric patients, as well as adults recovering from cancer and trauma.

Robert Piercy, B.C.O.

Co-Director
Robert B. Piercy, II, is a Board Certified Ocularist and Co-Director of Ocular Prosthetics Inc. He began his ocularistry apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC before moving to Los Angeles, CA to train under the guidance of Stephen Haddad. Through the years, Rob has found a passion for creating the most lifelike scleral shells available.

Tania Faulds, B.C.O.

Tania Faulds is a Board Certified Ocularist who began her training with Stephen Haddad in 1998. She became board-certified by the American Society of Ocularists in 2006. Tania brings a broad spectrum of prosthetic eye services to her patients and is proud to be one of the few Spanish-speaking ocularists in the nation.

Rick Angeles, B.C.O.

Rick Angeles is a Board Certified Ocularist, joining our team in 2020 with over 15 years of experience in the field of ocularistry. Rick specializes in care for young patients with ocular anomalies and retinoblastoma. He’s proud to be one of the few Spanish-speaking ocularists in the nation.

James Hogue, M.A., C.C.A.

James Hogue has experience as a medical illustrator and sculptor at the Mayo Clinic and as an anaplastologist at the University of Minnesota Dental School. He received his Board Certification in Clinical Anaplastology in 2019. James travels to help patients around the country, designing and creating silicone restorative prosthetics.

With five convenient locations across Southern California, our family-owned practice has been serving patients for decades. Discover a brief look at our practice’s history:

  • 1991 – Robert Levy named Stephen Haddad Director of Ocular Prosthetics, Inc.
  • 1991 – 2022 – Stephen expanded the practice to five Southern California office locations and five board-certified ocularists.
  • 2022 – Sarah Haddad and Robert Piercy were named co-directors of Ocular Prosthetics, Inc.
